Simply PRE-BOOK. New easier method for 2015
THIS way it's "green" and PAPER FREE: - so preferably
Choose how you arrange a BANK TRANSFER (BACS payment) to pay your booking -
(or do similarly to prepay for a Brummie Contra)
(rather than writing & posting a form & cheque for Great Alne Long Weekend).
HOWEVER CHEQUE PAYMENT STILL IS -
(AND WILL REMAIN) - A CHOICE AVAILABLE TO YOU!
Explaining how our revised BACS or Bank Transfer payment can be made -
YOU FINISH the process by making YOUR own bank credit transfer into the festival account.
You can usually most simply do this by phoning your bank/ building Society.
1) Download and click-onto the specific form that you need.
2) Compose your personal code/individual reference as specifically instructed there: (eg GA15/Smith.M).
3) Fill-in all the form - to include this specific individual reference.
4) Preferably attach and send the completed form to Karen at the given email address.
5) Make your Bank credit transfer, using the same specific personal code/individual reference.
6) You will [normally 2-10 days afterwards ] get back an emailed individual receipt as acknowledgement from us.
This way, you post nothing to us, and have no need to write a cheque.
You send to us no personal bank details whatsoever !
This payment choice is relatively quick, and can be totally free of paper.
Your own bank credit transfer is often done by giving your bank a phone call from home.
( Those who Internet Bank make payment "on-line", or you may of course also just visit your bank branch. )
We are most appreciative of Karen G's kind administration of these emails: thus making BACS payments possible on this website.

Why forms used for bank transfer may seem odd on download; & as you fill-in.
The forms thanks to your feedback will improve in an ongoing way. Please report IF you CANNOT OPEN a form.
Some parts may still presently respond strangely as you fill-in; but your completion will hopefully be effective.
Otherwise: should you find you've any problem, please contact us.
Constructive suggestion appreciated.
This payment method - an innovation - does result in different appearance of the forms on various devices.
Technical stuff to explain further for those perhaps interested -
Preparation uses "open" software (Open Office) on a MacBook.
Web-browsers used to build this website are "Chrome" & "Safari".
A majority of forms are likely to be opened in "Internet Explorer" on a PC.
Conversion into a Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc) format is presently on trial.
Suggestions of any alternative allowing the form to be readily filled in on a large Android handset would be appreciated,
as would feedback reports of effectiveness of the forms for completion on iPhone and iPad.
